By accessing the DallasVIP website (dallasvip.com), contacting us by phone or email, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DallasVIP.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately. Your continued use of our website or services following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and any other persons who access or use our website or services.

DallasVIP is a VIP concierge and event planning service based in Dallas, Texas. We specialize in curating premium experiences throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including:

• Event tickets — Sold-out and premium tickets to sports events, concerts, festivals, and special events including FIFA World Cup 2026
• Luxury transportation — Limousines, party buses, luxury SUVs, and executive sedans
• Dining reservations — Priority reservations at premier Dallas restaurants and private dining experiences
• Nightlife access — VIP entry, bottle service, and reserved tables at top Dallas venues
• Hotel accommodations — Premium hotel bookings and room blocks for groups
• Group event planning — Bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate events, birthdays, and private celebrations
• World Cup 2026 hospitality — Comprehensive packages including tickets, tailgating, parking, and transportation for matches at AT&T Stadium

Service availability, pricing, and specific inclusions are subject to change and will be confirmed in individual service agreements or proposals provided to clients.

You must be at least 21 years of age to book services through DallasVIP. By making a booking or entering into a service agreement, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Certain services, including nightlife access and events involving alcohol, may have additional age or identification requirements imposed by venues or applicable law. Clients are responsible for ensuring all members of their party meet any venue-specific requirements.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by DallasVIP. Submitting an inquiry or booking request through our website, phone, or email does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

A reservation is considered confirmed only when DallasVIP has provided written acknowledgment (via email or formal proposal) and any required deposit has been received.

Specific terms, pricing, inclusions, and conditions for each booking are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to the client. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and an individual service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

Payment terms, amounts, and schedules are specified in individual service agreements provided at the time of booking.

• Deposits may be required to secure bookings and are detailed in your service agreement
• Prices are subject to change until confirmed in writing by DallasVIP
• Final payment is due as specified in your service agreement, typically prior to the event or service date
• Late payments may result in cancellation of services or additional charges as outlined in your agreement

DallasVIP does not process payments through our website. All payment arrangements are handled via direct communication with our team.

Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in the individual service agreement provided at the time of booking. Because DallasVIP offers a wide range of services with varying vendor commitments and timelines, cancellation policies are tailored to each booking.

General guidelines:

• Clients must notify DallasVIP of cancellations in writing via email or written notice
• Refund eligibility depends on the specific service, timing of cancellation, and terms agreed upon in your service agreement
• Non-refundable deposits and fees will be clearly identified in your service agreement
• Cancellations made after services have been confirmed with third-party vendors may be subject to vendor cancellation fees

DallasVIP strongly recommends that clients purchase travel and event insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation.

DallasVIP sources event tickets through licensed third-party brokers, secondary ticket marketplaces, and authorized resellers. By purchasing tickets through DallasVIP, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Premium pricing — Ticket prices may exceed face value due to premium sourcing, high demand, and the concierge service provided
• Non-transferability — Tickets are non-transferable once delivered unless expressly agreed in writing by DallasVIP
• Delivery timing — DallasVIP makes every reasonable effort to deliver tickets prior to the event, but delivery timing varies based on venue release schedules, event organizer policies, and ticket source availability
• Seat locations — Seat locations listed are approximate and subject to venue mapping. DallasVIP reserves the right to substitute comparable or better alternatives if originally specified seats become unavailable
• Inability to deliver — In the unlikely event DallasVIP is unable to deliver purchased tickets, our liability is limited to the ticket price paid. DallasVIP is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other consequential costs
• Ownership — Tickets remain the property of DallasVIP until full payment has been received

All tickets sourced by DallasVIP are guaranteed to be valid for entry. If a ticket is found to be invalid at the venue, DallasVIP will work to provide a replacement or issue a full refund of the ticket price.

DallasVIP coordinates luxury transportation services through trusted transportation partners. By booking transportation through DallasVIP:

• Vehicle types and specific vehicles are subject to availability and may be substituted with comparable alternatives
• Clients and their guests are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles during the service period
• Overtime charges may apply beyond the agreed service hours as specified in your booking confirmation
• Transportation partners maintain their own commercial insurance and licensing as required by law
• DallasVIP is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

DallasVIP acts as an intermediary and concierge, connecting clients with third-party venues, vendors, and service providers. In this capacity:

• DallasVIP is not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or defaults of any third-party vendor or service provider
• Information provided about third-party services — including menus, pricing, availability, and amenities — is sourced from those vendors and may change without notice
• Third-party vendors may have their own terms and conditions, liability waivers, or policies that apply to the services they provide
• Any disputes arising from services provided by third-party vendors should be resolved directly with those vendors

DallasVIP carefully selects its vendor partners and strives to work only with reputable, professional providers. However, we cannot guarantee the performance of third parties.

DallasVIP shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
• Severe weather, natural disasters, or acts of God
• Government actions, orders, or restrictions
• Terrorism, civil unrest, or acts of war
• Venue cancellations, closures, or capacity restrictions
• Event postponements, rescheduling, or cancellations by organizers
• Labor disputes, strikes, or work stoppages
• Utility failures, infrastructure disruptions, or internet outages

In the event of a force majeure occurrence, DallasVIP will make reasonable efforts to work with clients to reschedule services, provide alternative arrangements, or issue credits as appropriate based on the specific circumstances and the terms of the individual service agreement.

All content on the DallasVIP website — including text, graphics, photographs, images, logos, icons, software, and design elements — is the property of DallasVIP and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The DallasVIP name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of DallasVIP. No content from our website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used in any manner without the prior written consent of DallasVIP.

Limited, non-commercial use of our website content for personal reference is permitted, provided proper attribution to DallasVIP is maintained.

Access to the DallasVIP website and services is provided exclusively for legitimate inquiries and use of our services. By using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all inquiries and bookings
• Not make fraudulent reservations or misrepresent your identity
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Follow all venue rules, event policies, and codes of conduct at events booked through DallasVIP
• Treat DallasVIP staff, vendor partners, and other guests with respect
• Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit illegal activity

DallasVIP reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, cancel existing bookings, or restrict access to our website at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

DallasVIP or its representatives may take photographs, videos, or other media at events and experiences coordinated through our services. By participating in DallasVIP events:

• You grant DallasVIP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use photographs or videos taken at DallasVIP-coordinated events for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional materials
• No additional compensation will be provided for such use
• If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify your DallasVIP representative prior to the event and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request

Clients who wish to arrange professional photography or videography at events should coordinate with DallasVIP in advance, as some venues may have restrictions on professional media equipment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• DallasVIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• DallasVIP's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• DallasVIP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of information presented on our website, including but not limited to pricing, availability, venue descriptions, and event details
• DallasVIP is not responsible for technical errors, website downtime, data loss, or interruptions to service

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, including breach of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other basis.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DallasVIP, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Your use of DallasVIP services or attendance at events booked through DallasVIP
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Any damage to property or injury to persons caused by you or members of your party
• Any dispute between you and a third-party vendor or service provider

DallasVIP is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. In the event of a disagreement arising from or related to these Terms or our services, the following process shall apply:

Step 1: Direct Resolution

Contact DallasVIP directly at david@dallasvip.net or 972-432-7732. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days through direct communication.

Step 2: Mediation

If direct resolution is unsuccessful, either party may initiate non-binding mediation administered in Dallas, Texas by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.

Step 3: Binding Arbitration

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

By agreeing to these terms, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought in an individual capacity.

DallasVIP reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.

We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. For significant changes that materially affect your rights, we will provide prominent notice on our website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Subject to the dispute resolution process outlined above, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to venue.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
